fclr2016 proudly presents:

Poetry Slam in cooperation with “i,Slam“, a platform for talented, young and Muslim wordsmiths. We are more than happy to welcome Furat Abdulle, Faten El-Dabbas, Ilhan Kaan Hancer and Amira Zarari, all of whom are taking a long journey to come to Passau and present their art at fclr2016. Be there or be square!

Tuesday, May 24th

8.30pm / admission 8pm sharp / lecture hall 10 (Audimax) / film screening

In cooperation with UniKino, we are going to show the epic film “The Color Purple“. This very special motion picture by Steven Spielberg portraits the life of the young Cecile (Whoopie Goldberg) and the struggles of Afro-American women with daily cruelty and the violence they had to endure in the United States in the beginning of the 20th century.

A short introduction will be given by Daniel Rurländer.
